From 5–7 June 2026, the Dubai World Trade Centre transformed into a playground for gamers of every kind. As part of the Dubai Esports & Games Festival, GameExpo brought together more than 300 games, over 100 devices, live tournaments, immersive VR experiences, and high-energy zones built for every type of player (GameExpo). And this year, on that very stage, Ultiracer — the smart indoor cycling platform from RealDesignTech — took a milestone step, welcoming visitors at its own dedicated booth.
Our presence at GameExpo was made possible through a partnership with Korea360 UAE, the first and only K-content and product experience hub in the region, located at Dubai Festival City Mall (Korea360 UAE). Conceived as a living bridge between Korea and the Middle East and led by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), Korea360 brings Korean culture, technology, and lifestyle to UAE audiences across fifteen immersive zones. For RealDesignTech, it was the ideal partner to introduce a Korean innovation in brain health and fitness to a curious and fast-growing market.

The response exceeded our highest hopes. On the very first day of the event alone, more than 900 visitors of all ages stepped up to try Perfect Racer, our flagship title on the Ultiracer platform. Children, parents, and seniors alike formed steady lines at the booth, drawn in by the chance to ride through a virtual course using their whole body.

Each session lasts just 30 seconds — but those 30 seconds do far more than entertain. To stay balanced and on course, riders lean, steer, and pedal using full-body coordination (full-body coordination), quietly engaging the systems that support balance, mobility, and brain health all at once. That dynamic is no accident: a Korea University study conducted on this very cycling platform examined how riders actively coordinate their upper and lower body to stay balanced while riding, underscoring the genuine motor and cognitive engagement behind what feels like pure play (Journal of NeuroEngineering and Rehabilitation). For most visitors, it simply felt like fun — and that is exactly the point.
Watching hundreds of people in Dubai discover Ultiracer for the first time was a powerful reminder of why we built it. In Korea, the platform has already found a meaningful home in the education sector and in business-to-government (B2G) settings, from schools to public senior centres, where it supports cognitive and physical wellbeing across generations.
"Healthy aging and joyful movement know no borders," says Joongsik Lee, CEO of RealDesignTech. "The warmth we felt in Dubai convinces us the Middle East is ready for technology that keeps both body and mind young — and we are only just getting started."
We see the same potential here. The enthusiasm at GameExpo, and the partnership that made it possible, give us every reason to be optimistic about RealDesignTech's future in the UAE, and we look forward to building many more partnerships across the region — bringing the benefits of joyful, brain-healthy movement to communities throughout the Middle East.
